Return and Exchange Process:

Eligibility Window: You may request an exchange or return within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item, provided item must be in the same pristine condition you received unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Item that does not meet these criteria will be returned to you and request for a return will not be processed.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please note, it may take up to 7 business days for the returned amount to reflect in your account statement. Fees related to Credit Card Charges, Shipment, Customs, handling such as duties, are non-refundable.
